• 1kg boneless chicken
• 2 tablespoons of soya sauce

• 2 large eggs

• 2 cups of cornflour
• 1 cup half purpose flour
• 1 cup of chicken stock/ water
• Half cup of dark soya sauce
• 2 tablespoons of Wine
• 4 tablespoons of Hoisin sauce
• 4 tablespoons of white vinegar,
• 4 tablespoons of hot sauce
• 2 tablespoons of original Honey
• 2 tablespoons of cornflour
• 2 tsp of ginger, garlic paste
• Red chili flakes
• Paste dry red chilies
• Vegetable oil
The cooking process involves three basic steps.
Marinate the Chicken
The very first step in the cooking of Tso’s chicken is the preparation of the marinade. Wash and cut the chicken into fine cubes. Take the chicken to a large bowl. And then pour all the marinade ingredients into the chicken. Mix well and leave for 30 minutes.
