Dealing with tech support can be a real hassle — especially when it’s a constant issue and you are in the middle of an important work project. But thankfully, we’re here to help! We’re going to walk you through our guide on how to log into your WPC16 dashboard, from start to finish.
For starters, there are two forms of logins you’ll want to use while working with the WPC16 dashboard:
The Access from any computer. Access from a computer on your local network.
Access from Any Computer:
This is the best method for those that have access to a computer at all time. You will be able to get in and out of the WPC16 dashboard at any time using this method.
1. On a computer that you have access to, navigate to this website: http://wpc16.webpresenceclub.com/dashboard-overview/
Note: If you’re currently out on campus, this is the same link that you use when you log in using the “Access from a Computer on Your Local Network” method below.
2. You will be brought to a page where all of the dashboard sessions for your account are listed.
3. Click on “Your Dashboards”.
4. Click on the name of your current dashboard session.
5. A new window will pop up where you can go ahead and log in to your dashboard with your WPC16 credentials (shown below).
6. Enter your password, click “Login”, and you’ll be brought back to the main dashboard listing page (below).
Access from a Computer on Your Local Network:
If you do not have access to a computer, you can still log into the WPC16 dashboard using this method as well. There are just some small limitations that you should be aware of.
1. On your local network, navigate to this website: http://wpc16.webpresenceclub.com/dashboard-overview/
2. You will be brought to a page where all of the dashboard sessions for your account are listed.
3. Click on “Your Dashboards”.
4. Click on the name of your current dashboard session.
5. A new window will pop up that says “You need to be logged in from a computer on your local network.” Simply enter your WPC16 username, and password, and click “Login”. You’ll be brought back to the main dashboard listing page (below).
6. You can navigate to the dashboard you wish to log into and click “Log In”.
